Grand Theft Auto IV (GTA IV) Title Update 1.20 for PC released on June 11, 2024, addresses various stability, performance, and compatibility issues. Grand Theft Auto IV, developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games, is an action-adventure game released in 2008. GTA IV was released on PS3 and Xbox 360. It was later ported to PC. The game is still not available on any of the current-generation consoles. It later received an expansion that was released along a Complete Edition on PS3, Xbox 360, and PC.
