Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: The Siege of Paris is the latest DLC for the game that is out later in August. Here’s everything that you need to know about it.
When Ubisoft launched Assassin’s Creed Valhalla last year, they also promised free content updates and two major expansions. One of these expansions is Wrath of the Druids. The other is The Seige of Paris. While Wrath of the Druids is already out, the second DLC is set to arrive later in August.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: The Siege of Paris Release Date
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: The Siege of Paris is due out on August 12. This expansion will be available as a part of the season pass for the game, or you can grab it standalone although it is not recommended.
When Ubisoft first announced the expansion pass details, they also included a small synopsis for the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: The Siege of Paris giving details on the story and events that will be included in it.
In The Siege of Paris, players will have the chance to relive the most ambitious battle in Viking history with key historical figures of war-torn Frankia. During this key moment in history, players will infiltrate the fortified city of Paris and the River Seine under a prolonged siege, uncover enemy secrets, and form strategic alliances to safeguard their clan’s future.
Their roadmap also outlines the free content updates that they are planning to launch along with the paid expansions.
How To Access The Siege of Paris DLC Content?
Once the DLC is available to download on August 12th, you should be able to access it in the game just like Wrath of the Druids. You will need to make sure that you have the latest update installed first, which in this case is Assassin’s Creed Valhalla update 4.00. Ubisoft may update the game with a hotfix or two since multiple issues are being reported since the last major patch.
As for accessing the DLC, if you recall Wrath of the Druids, you will be able to access the DLC in the game from your quest log. In Wrath of the Druids, you were able to pick a quest that set you on course for a new region: Ireland. In the case of The Siege of Paris DLC, we expect to see the same. You should be able to travel to France and take part in new story events.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: The Siege of Paris Download Size
The download size of this DLC is revealed to be 10 GB according to the Microsoft Store, and roughly the same on PS4 and PS5. If you need to reserve some space, you should delete the necessary applications or games to make sure you are ready to download it once it is out.
