by Ali Haider

The 2XKO Closed Beta officially begins on September 9, 2025, bringing with it a host of updates, new champions, and system improvements. Riot Games has expanded the roster with Blitzcrank and Vi, while refining gameplay mechanics to ensure better pacing, balance, and engagement. Players can now test new features like Champion Mastery, tutorials for Fuses, and match replays, alongside offline and ranked modes coming later in the beta.

In addition to fresh content, the beta introduces significant adjustments to the core combat system, including changes to Super and Break meters, defensive tools, and comeback mechanics. Quality-of-life updates such as revamped controls, improved matchmaking, and in-game reporting and blocking are also part of the experience.
