Absolum Hotfix Strengthens the Rebellion with Key Bug Fixes and Stability Improvements

by Ali Haider

The developers at Guard Crush, Supamonks, and Dotemu have released a new hotfix for Absolum, bringing much-needed stability improvements and gameplay refinements to the roguelite beat ’em up. This update focuses on resolving several critical soft-locks, exploits, and progression-related issues that have affected players during their rebellion against the Sun King Azra. The fixes ensure smoother transitions, proper functionality of abilities, and overall reliability during intense combat encounters.

Among the key improvements, the team has addressed issues causing infinite loops during clashes with Azra, overpressure mechanics, and out-of-bounds transitions in Mowlai Village. Companions have also received a bravery boost, preventing Morta Mima from dismissing them mid-battle, while several visual and gameplay exploits have been ironed out. The developers have reaffirmed their ongoing commitment to community feedback, encouraging Rebels to continue reporting any remaining issues across the lands of Talamh.
