ARC Raiders has outlined its content plans for the early months of 2026, giving players a clearer picture of what to expect as the game enters its first full year of live support. The newly released roadmap covers updates from January through April and reinforces the developer’s commitment to delivering meaningful content drops on a monthly basis.
The roadmap follows the game’s October launch and builds on plans previously shared for late 2025. According to the development team, the goal moving forward is to maintain a steady cadence of updates, each introducing new gameplay elements such as enemies, environmental conditions, progression systems, and limited-time activities. While not every detail has been revealed, the studio says the roadmap is intended to provide enough direction to show where ARC Raiders is heading.
January’s update, titled Headwinds, introduces a new matchmaking option aimed specifically at players who have reached level 40 and above. The update also adds a new minor map condition designed to alter environmental gameplay, along with a new Player Project that acts as a long-term community-driven objective.
February’s update, Shrouded Sky, expands on those ideas with a more impactful map condition that brings significant atmospheric changes to the battlefield. A new ARC threat joins the encounter pool, increasing mechanical opposition for players venturing topside. This update also continues Player Projects, introduces the Raider Deck system, delivers updates to existing maps, and adds an Expedition Window that provides access to limited-time missions or activities.
March is headlined by the Flashpoint update, which focuses on higher-intensity encounters. Players can expect a new map condition centered on dangerous environmental hazards, alongside tougher ARC threats that raise the overall challenge level. Ongoing Player Projects remain part of the experience, while the Scrappy Update delivers targeted balance changes and gameplay refinements.
April’s update, Riven Tides, is positioned as the most substantial addition of the season. It introduces an entirely new map for players to explore, complete with its own unique environmental condition. A new large-scale ARC enemy, described as a boss-tier threat, will also debut during this update. Another Expedition Window will open during April, offering new high-risk, high-reward mission opportunities.
Alongside these monthly highlights, the ARC Raiders team confirmed several ongoing additions that will roll out throughout the season. These include new quests, feats, trials, live events, gameplay items, cosmetics, and quality of life improvements aimed at refining the overall experience.
Narratively, the roadmap continues to build on the aftermath of the Cold Snap event. Although the extreme weather has passed, its effects linger across the Rustbelt, where increasing ARC activity and environmental instability continue to threaten operations on the surface. The developers hint at a larger escalation on the horizon, though its full scope remains intentionally unclear.
The studio notes that the roadmap reflects current plans and may change as development progresses. Still, the outline offers players a strong sense of direction for ARC Raiders in early 2026, with regular updates designed to expand both the world and its systems in meaningful ways.
