ARG Websites For In-Game GTA VI Services & Companies Have Possibly Been Leaked

by Muhammad Ali Bari

Alternate Reality Game (ARG) websites for in-game services and companies in Rockstar Games’ upcoming open world action-adventure game, GTA VI, have possibly been leaked.

Update: Take-Two has now removed association between the web domains and its name servers, lending further credibility to their link to GTA VI.

Original Story: Known Rockstar Games insider Tez2 took to GTAForums to share that he came across some web domains that were all registered on May 27, 2025, under Take-Two’s name servers, indicating that they may be for ARG websites linked to GTA VI. The potential ARG websites are eventually likely to be redirected to the official GTA VI page by Rockstar Games, similar to what we’ve seen in the case of both GTA IV and GTA V.

GTA VI Leaked In-Game Services & Companies

The aforementioned web domains registered on May 27, 2025, under Take-Two’s name servers are listed below.

  • what-up.app (known from prior leaks): likely an in-game equivalent of WhatsApp
  • rydeme.app: likely an in-game version of real-world taxi/cab services like Uber
  • buckme.app: possibly the in-game equivalent to Tinder or OnlyFans
  • leonidagov.org: government of the fictional US state of Leonida
  • brianandbradley.com: a possible spin on Morgan & Morgan, a real-world law firm based in Florida
  • hookers-galore.com: possibly for an in-game parody of escort and hooker services
  • wipeoutcornskin.com
  • myboyhasacreepycorndog.com

The above domains were registered exactly a year before the launch of GTA VI on May 26, 2026. While some of them may be unrelated to the upcoming open world action game, it does appear that most of them are.

In related news, during a recent interview with CNBC, Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick was asked about the recent delay of GTA VI, and his level of conviction regarding the upcoming open world action game meeting its release schedule. In response, he firmly stated that his level of conviction is “very, very, high”. Regarding whether the Take-Two CEO worries about the lofty expectations of Grand Theft Auto fans, he stated that Rockstar Games’ whole stock and trade is to have extraordinary expectations from fans and still be able to beat them.
