The latest Battlefield 6 update delivers several improvements across gameplay systems, beginning with refinements to Defibrillators after the earlier 1.1.2.0 adjustments. Their effective hit boxes and range have been expanded to restore consistency and ease of use, bringing them closer to their intended performance. Sabotage mode also receives a targeted fix that resolves an unintended delay during side swaps, while the AFK kick timer is increased to prevent unwanted removals. Bot backfilling is temporarily disabled until further improvements are ready.
This patch also introduces another round of Challenge and Assignment revisions, building on more than ninety earlier adjustments. Many descriptions have been rewritten for clarity, criteria have been simplified, and several challenges have been removed to ensure smoother progression. These changes aim to create a more predictable and balanced experience for players working through long-term objectives.
