Black Myth: Wukong is an action role-playing game developed and published by Game Science. Inspired by Chinese mythology and the classic 16th-century novel Journey to the West, the game follows the Destined One, a monkey figure bearing similarities to Sun Wukong, the legendary Monkey King. With its challenging “soulslike” combat and mythological storytelling, players face formidable enemies and bosses while uncovering the truth behind a legendary tale.

Black Myth: Wukong was released on August 20, 2024, for Windows PC and PlayStation 5. The Xbox Series X/S version launched a year later on August 20, 2025.
