A massive set of preliminary patch notes for Borderlands 4 has surfaced online, outlining significant changes across gameplay, performance, Vault Hunter balancing, and in-game rewards. While the notes remain unconfirmed by Gearbox, the scale of adjustments suggests one of the largest updates planned for the looter shooter to date.
