Activision has preemptively revealed the release schedule for the co-op campaign endgame mode featured in its upcoming first-person shooter, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7.
In a detailed blog post (via charlieINTEL and repbxnyy on Twitter/X) that was preemptively published by Activision, new information regarding the Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 co-op campaign and its endgame mode have been revealed. The post, which appeared briefly before being pulled, confirmed that a Dev Talk and Deep Dive Blog focusing on the game’s co-op endgame experience is scheduled to go live on Monday, November 10, 2025, just four days ahead of the game’s official launch on November 14, 2025.
According to the leaked post, players who complete the first 11 co-op campaign missions will unlock Endgame, a large-scale operation set in the devastated city of Avalon. This post-campaign content will challenge players to dismantle The Guild’s remaining command centers while braving exposure zones leaking a mysterious fear-inducing toxin, suggesting a psychological twist to the gameplay, similar to what was seen in the Black Ops 6 campaign.
The blog encourages fans to get up to speed on the Black Ops saga before jumping into the Co-op Campaign, which continues the franchise’s complex web of espionage, betrayal, and global unrest. Set in the year 2035, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 revisits one of the series’ most notorious villains, Raul Menendez, whose populist movement once pushed the world to the brink of collapse. Now, Menendez resurfaces alongside a new adversary i.e. The Guild, a powerful global tech conglomerate led by CEO Emma Kagan, promising peace through technological dominance.
Returning heroes David Mason, Frank Woods, and their JSOC team, including operatives Mike Harper, Leilani “50/50” Tupuola, and Eric Samuels, must navigate the blurred lines between order and manipulation. With the world unraveling, questions arise over whether The Guild’s methods are truly for humanity’s benefit or yet another path to tyranny.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7is set for release across PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
