Darktide Hotfix Fixes Crashes and Talent Tree Issues

by Ali Haider

Warhammer 40,000 Darktide has released Hotfix 82, bringing a focused set of corrections targeting several high impact gameplay and stability problems. The update resolves issues related to talent tree wipes, disappearing UI elements, class specific crashes, and problems affecting Deluxe Edition items. While the hotfix cannot restore talent trees already wiped, it does prevent further occurrences and improves stability in scenarios involving Psyker and Stimm related abilities.

In addition to gameplay adjustments, the patch delivers several cosmetic fixes for the Hive Scum, improving the appearance and behavior of implants, facial elements, and specific body types. These refinements help ensure visual consistency across various equipment combinations while also resolving clipping and texture issues identified by the community.
