Bungie has rolled out Destiny 2 Update 9.1.5, introducing the new Exotic mission Heliostat, offering exclusive first-run rewards and a power boost for all participating fireteam members. The update delivers significant class adjustments across all three Guardian types, enhancing agility, regeneration, and damage output in both PvE and PvP modes.
Alongside class refinements, this update also addresses multiple balance issues in weapons and activities. Various bug fixes, adjustments to exotic focusing, and new changes to the Crucible’s ammo system ensure smoother gameplay. Activities have been reorganized into Pinnacle Ops, while quality-of-life tweaks and cosmetic improvements round off the latest patch.

Major Class Changes
Hunter Buffs:
- Increased sprint speed from 8m/s to 8.6m/s and overall movement speed.
- Added a 10% weapon equip speed bonus (5% in PvP).
- Marksman’s Dodge now reloads all weapons and picks up ammo.
- Improved several aspects, including Suspending Slam, On Your Mark, and Deadshot Super.
Warlock Updates:
- Granted a 10% bonus to grenade energy regeneration.
- Increased grenade damage by 5% (2.5% in PvP).
- Chaos Accelerant now provides two grenade charges.
- Enhanced charged grenades such as Scatter, Axion Bolt, and Vortex.
- Warlock constructs like Arc Soul and Bleak Watcher now count as grenades.
Titan Changes:
- Increased melee damage in PvE by 20% (5% in PvP).
- Barricades now taunt enemies.
- Stronghold exotic reverted to its pre-9.1.0 state.
- Improved Stasis abilities including Howl of the Storm, Cryoclasm, and Shiver Strike.
Weapon Balance
- Hand Cannons: Finite Impactor buffed; Spreadshots now deal more damage but have reduced range and handling.
- Sidearms: Heavy Burst damage reduced.
- Hierarchy of Needs: Fixed Catalyst bug.
Activities
- Several activities, including Onslaught variants, The Coil, and Contest of Elders, moved to Pinnacle Ops.
- Resolved multiple bugs affecting Crucible, Trials, and raid activities.
Other Notable Fixes
- Adjusted power level caps for exotic focusing.
- Modified ammo system in Crucible.
