ROCKY STUDIO has released a hotfix for DJMAX RESPECT V on July 23 to address technical issues following the CLEAR PASS 16 update. With this patch, Xbox and Steam cross-play has been restored, and improvements have been made to overall online connectivity. Enhancements were also introduced for OPEN MATCH lobbies, including updated navigation functions for both keyboard and gamepad users.
The hotfix resolves several bugs affecting SHOP displays, gear behaviors, mission key input detection, and inventory interface responsiveness. Notably, critical issues with Xbox and Microsoft Store playability involving specific notes have been corrected, ensuring smoother gameplay across platforms.

- Pressing ↑ at the top now navigates to the previous page.
- Pressing ↓ at the bottom now moves to the next page.
- (ONLINE) Gamepad controls in OPEN MATCH lobbies updated to use ← / → for page navigation.

DJMax Respect V, developed by ROCKY STUDIO and Neowiz MUCA and published by Neowiz Games, is the latest entry in the DJMax rhythm game series. It launched on December 19, 2019, for PC via Steam Early Access, fully releasing on March 12, 2020. The game is also available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox Live Windows 10, and Xbox Cloud Gaming.
