Valve has released the 7.39e gameplay update for Dota 2, delivering a wide range of balance adjustments across heroes, items, and neutral creeps. This patch places an emphasis on refining competitive balance, addressing issues with popular strategies, and introducing new considerations for both casual and professional play. Heroes such as Beastmaster, Earthshaker, Lina, Medusa, and Naga Siren see adjustments to their abilities and talents, while Kez makes an entry into Captain’s Mode.
On the item front, Aeon Disk, Helm of the Dominator, Refresher Orb, and several others have been rebalanced, with key abilities like Ghost Scepter’s Ghost Form and Ethereal Blade’s Ether Blast seeing changes to their interaction with Debuff Immunity. Neutral creeps also see reduced bonuses and aura adjustments, further influencing early- and mid-game dynamics.
