Techland has released a new update for Dying Light 2 Stay Human, officially titled Hotfix 1.22.4 (also referred to as update version 1.72), available now across PC, PlayStation, and Xbox platforms. This spring update continues the developer’s efforts to refine gameplay and improve performance through community-driven fixes.
The patch introduces a range of technical corrections, with notable attention to gameplay elements such as Tower Raids, HUD behavior, and audio fidelity. One key fix resolves an issue where players were unable to interact with or load the Tower Raid hub due to missing data and board-related errors. Other enhancements include improved tooltip accuracy for vendor items and adjustments to HUD scaling inconsistencies, particularly for icons and weapon effects.
Audio refinements are also part of this update, particularly with Sola’s track, which previously had playback issues. Additionally, Techland has introduced new telemetry tools to support ongoing diagnostics and development feedback.
