Dying Light 2 Update 1.77 Overhauls Stamina System and Fixes Co-Op Issues

by Ali Haider

Techland has released Dying Light 2 Update 1.77, also known as the Stamina Patch 1.24, focusing on performance, stability, and gameplay improvements. The biggest change is a major stamina overhaul that allows unlimited parkour actions, making city traversal far more fluid and freeing stamina for combat, swimming, and paragliding. This refinement aims to strike a balance between exploration and survival tension while keeping stamina management meaningful in critical encounters.

Alongside the stamina rework, the update addresses a wide range of bugs across co-op, quests, combat, and technical performance. Fixes include corrected weapon and item names, improved flashlight usage in cutscenes, stability improvements, and visual polish for outfits and charms. Together, these adjustments make for a smoother and more reliable experience across Villedor.
