Techland has released update 1.2.2 for Dying Light: The Beast, bringing a special reward to pre-order players. The update automatically unlocks the Kyle Crane Legacy Outfit, a nostalgic cosmetic inspired by the original series protagonist.
Players who pre-ordered the game will find the outfit available in their in-game stash after applying the patch. In some cases, the reward may take a short while to appear, but it is distributed directly from Techland’s servers.

In our review of the game, we noted that “Dying Light: The Beast” marks a welcome return to form, featuring a more focused narrative and enhanced parkour mechanics that bring back the strengths of the original game. Although it lacks advanced graphical features like ray tracing and has a somewhat generic villain, the polished gameplay, solid performance, and satisfying core loop make it a valuable experience for fans of the series.
