Elden Ring Nightreign Patch 1.02 Brings Two Player Expeditions, Major Fixes, and UI Upgrades

by Ali Haider

FromSoftware has officially launched Patch 1.02 for Elden Ring Nightreign, introducing a wide array of new features and fixes. Central to this update is the addition of the long-awaited “Two Player Expeditions” mode, allowing players to form co-op pairs for tackling the game’s roguelike challenges. To align with this change, the expedition settings now reflect player count, and enemy difficulty will adjust dynamically based on team size.

The update also refines core gameplay systems with improved relic filtering options, the ability to register more relic presets, and a host of user interface updates. Players can now sell or favorite relics, view new tabs in merchant menus, and skip portions of post-battle cutscenes. With over 50 bug fixes ranging from minor visual glitches to critical gameplay corrections, this patch aims to bring greater stability and balance to the Nightreign experience.

The latest Elden Ring update is now available for PS4 as version 1.10 and for PS5 as version 1.001.006. It should also be downloadable for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series S|X.
