Nintendo has released update 1.7.1 for F-Zero 99, addressing several issues tied to rewards and leaderboard functionality. The patch ensures that players participating in World Tour and Elite rankings receive the correct rewards and bonuses.
While relatively small in scope, the update resolves inconsistencies that could impact progression and competitive play. A handful of additional fixes have also been implemented to improve the overall experience.

World Tour
- Fixed issue where players ranked 999th place or higher sometimes did not receive badge rewards
Elite Leaderboard
- Fixed incorrect display of remaining days until Elite leaderboard reset
- Fixed issue where 1000 Elite points bonus was not awarded upon reaching S50 Elite
General Fixes
- Implemented additional fixes to improve overall gameplay experience
