by Ali Haider

The Factorio 2.0.9 update, now available as a stable release, introduces a variety of fixes and minor changes aimed at improving the gameplay experience. One significant change was made to the “logistic-network-embargo” achievement, which has been updated with new conditions to apply both in the base game and the space age expansion. The update primarily focuses on resolving a range of technical bugs that impact various aspects of gameplay, from crashes caused by blueprint management to issues with the GUI and multiplayer scenarios.

Numerous bug fixes target stability, including crashes related to specific interactions with blueprints, technology GUIs, and unsupported audio depths. Other improvements involve the logistics system, such as fixing inserters that could grab items without power and addressing GUI elements that opened behind the technology interface.
