SNK has released Version 1.4.0 for Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, marking a major milestone in the game’s post-launch support with the introduction of Ranked Match Phase 1 and the arrival of Joe Higashi as a new playable fighter. This update enhances both competitive and casual play through a series of gameplay improvements, system optimizations, and customization options aimed at refining the online experience.
Ranked Matches are now character-specific, encouraging players to specialize and master individual fighters. The update also introduces a redesigned leaderboard system, improved battle settings, and numerous quality-of-life enhancements such as new music controls, display options, and training mode features. In addition, several non-battle issues have been fixed, and online stability has been improved across all supported platforms.
