Square Enix has released update version 1.3.0 for Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles, addressing several minor issues and refining gameplay balance across both the Enhanced and Classic modes. This patch focuses on improving battle dynamics in Squire mode, fine-tuning sound effects, and resolving miscellaneous bugs that affected player experience.

In addition, the Classic mode — which closely mirrors the original 1997 release — receives an important fix for errand report errors, ensuring smooth progression through side content. The update also adjusts various sound effects across both modes for a more consistent and immersive experience.

This enhanced edition features fully remastered visuals, a modern user interface, dual English and Japanese voice acting, and new quality-of-life features including adjustable difficulty levels and battle speed options.
