Final Fantasy VII Remake is a bold reimagining of the 1997 classic, guided by the original creators. It combines traditional command-based combat with real-time action. The story follows Cloud, a former elite SOLDIER turned mercenary, who joins the Avalanche resistance group to stop the Shinra Electric Power Company from exploiting the planet’s life-force, mako. The game is the first in a multi-part series that revisits the original storyline up to the escape from Midgar while adding new elements.
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth continues the epic journey of Cloud and his friends after they escape from Midgar. As they explore the world beyond, players will experience a new story filled with exploration and adventure. The trilogy reimagines the legendary RPG for a new generation. The first game, Final Fantasy VII Remake, was released in 2020 to critical acclaim and sold over seven million units worldwide.
Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is available for PC, PS4, and PS5. Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is now available for PS5 and is planned to launch for PC on January 23, 2025. It has also won the Game of the Year award for 2024.
