As always, this is the last chance for PS Plus Extra and Premium subscribers to show these games some love before they leave the service. Subscribers can always view the “Last Chance to play section” on the PlayStation Plus Collections page on PS5, or the Games Catalogue section in the PlayStation Plus menu on PS4, for games they may be interested in checking out before they leave the service.

Other games that recently made their exit from the PS Plus Extra and Premium game catalog in July, 2025 include Remnant 2 (PS5), Dying Light 2 Stay Human (PS4/PS5), Crisis Core –Final Fantasy VII– Reunion (PS4/PS5), Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong (PS4/PS5), Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord (PS4/PS5), and Job Simulator (PS4/PS5).

A major title leaving PS Plus Extra and Premium in August, 2025, is Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, an action-adventure title developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by Electronic Arts. It serves as a direct sequel to 2019’s Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. The story is set five years after the previous game and continues the journey of Cal Kestis, portrayed by Cameron Monaghan. Now a more seasoned Jedi Knight, Cal fights alongside his allies to resist the growing reach of the Galactic Empire. Their mission leads them into a race against a fallen Jedi from the High Republic era to uncover a mysterious, hidden planet that could become a sanctuary for those oppressed by Imperial rule.

Building on the gameplay foundation of its predecessor, Survivor follows a Metroidvania-style design, where players explore interconnected environments, unlock new paths, and revisit earlier areas with new abilities. The gameplay blends intense lightsaber and Force-powered combat with exploration, platforming, and environmental puzzle-solving.
