Patch 1.100 for Ghost of Yōtei delivers one of the game’s most substantial updates to date, introducing a full New Game Plus mode alongside an array of new customization, progression, and accessibility options. Players can now replay challenge content, earn Ghost Flowers as a dedicated currency, collect new armor sets, and browse offerings from a newly added New Game Plus vendor. The update also expands Photo Mode and includes two new trophies to pursue.
Several new gameplay and interface enhancements further refine the experience, including an option to disable fall damage, automatic looting, remappable touchpad swipe actions, and a visual indicator when guided by animals. VRR support and a new Balanced graphic mode bring technical improvements for displays supporting 120Hz refresh rates.

Ghost of Yōtei launched on October 2, 2025, as a PlayStation 5 exclusive. Patch 1.100 builds on the game’s post-launch support while players await the free co op mode, Ghost of Yōtei Legends, arriving in 2026.
