Main Features
1. Cars
– The following four cars have been added:
- Toyota GT-One (TS020): The long, low-slung shape, prominent rear wing and cockpit-like windshield align with the Toyota GT-One, a Le Mans prototype race car from the late ’90s. It would fit well in the game’s roster of cars as a legendary endurance racer.
- Honda Civic (EK9) Type R: The compact proportions and the roof antenna suggest a ‘90s hot hatch. Even though the EK9 has a very devoted following, it has yet to appear in Gran Turismo 7. The subtle shape of the headlights and hatchback-style body further support this.
- Tesla Model Y: The high roofline, wide stance, and general silhouette align with the Tesla Model Y, which would be the second Tesla vehicle in Gran Turismo 7 after the Model S. The front end looks aerodynamic and smooth, typical of Tesla’s design.
GT7was developed by Polyphony Digital and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. It was released on March 4, 2022, exclusively for PS4 and PS5.
