Polyphony Digital is bringing 5 new cars to Gran Turismo 7 in update 1.63 next week on September 26, 2025, and here are the patch notes.
According to the Gran Turismo series creator Kazunori Yamauchi, update 1.63 for Gran Turismo 7 is planned to arrive next week on August 29, 2025, starting 10 PM PT, and it will add 4 new cars to the game. He has teased the update with the usual image that reveals silhouettes of the cars, encouraging diehard fans to guess their make and model. Thus, we’ve put together a list of cars that we believe may be the ones added to the game in the coming update.

- Toyota Land Cruiser (40) ’73: an off-road icon, celebrated for its rugged reliability and classic design. Built on a ladder frame chassis with solid axles and a robust 4.2-liter inline-six engine, it was designed to tackle tough terrain while remaining simple to maintain.
- Hyundai Elantra N ’23: a high-performance version of the compact sedan, blending practicality with track-ready engineering. Powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter engine producing around 276 horsepower, it offers aggressive acceleration and a playful chassis tuned for spirited driving.
- Opel Corsa GSE Vision Gran Turismo: a futuristic concept car created exclusively for the Gran Turismo series. It reimagines the compact Corsa as a sleek, electric performance machine with aerodynamic styling and exaggerated proportions.
- Mazda Spirit Racing MX-5 12R: a motorsport-inspired evolution of the beloved roadster, designed for maximum engagement on both road and track.
- Toyota RAV4 Hybrid ’19: a fuel-efficient, family-friendly crossover that combines practicality with Toyota’s proven hybrid technology.
