Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising Update 2.21 Fixes Critical Bugs

by Ali Haider

Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising has received a follow-up patch, version 2.21, which addresses several gameplay and system-related issues identified after the major 2.20 update. While no new characters or balance changes have been introduced this time, the developers have focused on resolving key bugs impacting online performance, visual consistency, and input behavior. Among the most critical fixes are those related to training mode application errors, graphical errors in specific environments on Steam, and inconsistencies with character effects and voice lines.

Additionally, the developers have acknowledged several ongoing issues, such as display problems for Grimnir’s Wind Crests and Galleon’s Meteorite target, as well as command list icon mismatches for Wilnas. These problems are confirmed and scheduled for correction in an upcoming patch. This update serves to improve game stability and prepare the system for future content enhancements.
