The January 27, 2026, update for Grand Theft Auto V delivers new Wanted Level configuration options for the Rockstar Mission Creator, alongside a collection of fixes targeting mission testing, object placement, and cutscene behavior. Several Creator Content missions have also received objective-related corrections.
Beyond creator tools, the patch addresses issues affecting Mansions, heists, and specific activities, while implementing general stability improvements across the game.

- Fixed players spawning in the ocean when exiting El Rubio’s compound during The Cayo Perico Heist
- Fixed players losing movement control after Junk Energy Skydiving
- Fixed issue in KnoWay Out – Tunnel Vision where players could not move if the train starts before hack completion
- Fixed multiple issues in Creator Content I-V missions affecting objectives
