Arc System Works has released update 1.46 for Guilty Gear Strive, marking another significant addition to the Season Pass 4 content. The patch introduces a new playable character, Unika, alongside multiple quality-of-life improvements, training mode enhancements, and balance adjustments. This update also includes bug fixes for various characters and game mechanics. Version 4.05 primarily focuses on combat mechanics and correcting unintended behaviors in character interactions and system features.
Unika joins the roster as the latest DLC character, bringing with her a new theme titled CARPE DIEM, accessible once Unika is unlocked. Two new stages—In the Name of Peace and New Dawn, A Future Unfolding—have been added as part of the season pass or can be purchased individually. Additional narrative and aesthetic content featuring Unika has also been introduced, such as GG WORLD articles, avatar items, and gallery assets. Furthermore, this patch refines the training experience by adding a frame data display, enhancing the input history system, and offering more customizable training options.
