Supergiant Games has released Hotfix 2 for Hades II version 1.0, addressing a wide range of gameplay, progression, and narrative issues. This update ensures achievements unlock more reliably, improves visual effects, and fixes certain encounters that failed to progress as intended. Several events, such as Family Dispute and Unseen Sigil Encounters, now function properly, while issues tied to Typhon and Charybdis battles have also been resolved.
The patch further improves stability across systems, including optimizations for controller use, VSync adjustments, and enhanced collision for specific projectiles. Translation updates and minor bug fixes round out the hotfix, refining the overall experience for players across platforms.

Hades II is a 2025 roguelike action role-playing game developed and published by Supergiant Games. Serving as the studio’s first sequel, it follows Melinoë, Princess of the Underworld, as she seeks to defeat Chronos, the Titan of Time. Initially released in early access for Windows in May 2024 and macOS in October 2024, the full version launched in September 2025 alongside Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 versions.
