Konami has announced a manga adaptation of Silent Hill f, introducing a new take on the game’s story with an original ending.
The reveal was shared through the official Silent Hill social media account, which stated, “Today marks the six-month anniversary of the release of SILENT HILL f. To celebrate this half-anniversary, a manga adaptation of SILENT HILL f has been announced.” The manga is set to be serialized on Young Ace UP, though a release date has not yet been confirmed.
According to the announcement, the adaptation will feature a “brand-new ending written by Ryukishi07,” with illustrations handled by Ame Gokin. The project appears to expand on the narrative of the original game while offering a different conclusion for fans familiar with its multiple endings.
Silent Hill f originally launched on September 25, 2025, developed by NeoBards Entertainment and written by Ryukishi07. The game marked a notable shift for the series, moving away from its traditional setting to 1960s Japan, where players follow Hinako Shimizu through a rural town overtaken by a mysterious and unsettling floral phenomenon.
The title has surpassed one million units sold as of March 2026 and remains part of Konami’s broader effort to revive the Silent Hill franchise following the success of the Silent Hill 2 remake. The newly announced manga suggests the company is continuing to expand the game’s reach beyond its original format, with further updates expected at a later date.
