Lies of P Surpasses Four Million Sales

NEOWIZ has confirmed that Lies of P has sold more than four million copies, establishing the title as the company’s flagship franchise and a central driver of its recent financial performance. The announcement was included as part of NEOWIZ full year 2025 results, which highlighted a successful transition from a mobile-focused business to a high-margin PC and console-centered model.

For the full year 2025, NEOWIZ reported revenue of KRW 432.7 billion, representing an increase of eighteen percent year over year. Operating profit reached KRW 60 billion, up more than eighty percent compared to the previous year. These results translated into operating and net profit margins of 13.9% and 10.6%, respectively. Overseas markets accounted for 51.2% of total revenue, underlining the company’s continued global expansion.

While the full-year performance was strong, the fourth quarter showed some moderation. Q4 revenue reached KRW 106.3 billion, which was higher year over year but declined sequentially from the third quarter. Operating profit for the quarter was KRW 4.7 billion, with net profit of KRW 1.9 billion. The company attributed the quarter-over-quarter slowdown to deferred revenue from major intellectual property events and the base effect following a strong third quarter performance from its mobile title Browndust2.

Lies of P emerged as the standout success in NEOWIZ portfolio. The souls like role playing game generated 90% of its revenue from Western markets and has now surpassed four million copies sold, including downloadable content. Its performance was further reinforced by winning Best Game Expansion at the 2025 Game Journalism Awards. On the back of this momentum, NEOWIZ has moved the franchise into full-scale development of a sequel, signaling long-term confidence in the property.

Beyond Lies of P, Browndust2 continued to provide stability on the mobile side, recording seven consecutive quarters of growth and reaching approximately 600K monthly active users. The company also outlined a broader strategy focused on new intellectual property expansion, fandom engagement through offline experiences, and global localization efforts.

Financially, NEOWIZ closed the year with cash and financial assets of approximately KRW 307 billion against total liabilities of KRW 123.5 billion. With multiple PC and console projects in development and a clear commitment to shareholder returns, the company appears positioned to build on the success of Lies of P while expanding its broader portfolio.
