The latest update for MARVEL Cosmic Invasion delivers a focused set of bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements aimed at stabilizing gameplay across modes. Several long-standing issues tied to achievements, character behavior, and multiplayer presentation have been resolved.
This patch also improves overall reliability on all supported platforms, addressing freezes, crashes, and UI inconsistencies. While it does not introduce new content, it significantly smooths out the experience during both solo and cooperative play.

- Fixed an issue preventing the Special Attack Assemble achievement from triggering in online modes
- Fixed Wolverine and She-Hulk grab attacks freezing mid-action
- Fixed Annihilus moving out of view when his armor was broken by She-Hulk’s Spinning Throw
- Fixed Annihilus becoming intangible when his armor was broken by Wolverine’s grab and slash attack
- Fixed missing subtitles for Spider-Man’s first post-Annihilus battle dialogue
- Fixed a blocker where the final player could not select an already chosen Super Hero in Arcade Mode, even with the Doppleganger modifier enabled
- Fixed move lists displaying incorrectly in multiplayer when Player One used a keyboard
- Fixed Hela going idle if the host player left a multiplayer game during the fight
- Fixed achievement-related freezes on Windows and Xbox
- Fixed various crash issues on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2
Quality of Life Improvements
- Fixed an issue preventing Super Hero color profile changes after selecting Continue in Arcade Mode
- Fixed the life bar displaying incorrect costumes when switching characters
- Fixed missing feedback when Super Heroes ran out of ammo
- Fixed over-time damage numbers from Phyla-Vell’s cosmic damage not displaying correctly in multiplayer
- Fixed character select inconsistencies that caused Super Hero icons to appear incorrectly greyed out
