Metroid Prime 4: Beyond has received its first major post launch update with version 1.1.0, introducing amiibo functionality, new controller feedback during cutscenes, and a Switch 2 specific upgrade path option. The update also changes unlock conditions for certain gallery movies and adjusts enemy difficulty in Hard Mode to create a more balanced challenge.
