Minecraft 1.21.60 (Bedrock) PS5 Update 1.012 Adds New Pig Variants, Falling Leaves & Simplified Lodestone Recipe

Minecraft 1.21.60 for Bedrock (PS5 version 1.012) introduces a mix of bug fixes and experimental features to refresh your gameplay. With the new Drop 1 2025 experimental toggle enabled, players can explore exciting additions like two new pig variants—Warm Pig and Cold Pig—which spawn in specific biomes, adding a unique touch to the Overworld. Additionally, all leaf blocks now emit falling leaf particles, making the environment feel more dynamic and immersive as you explore.

The update also streamlines navigation with a revamped lodestone recipe, making it easier to craft this essential waypoint. Alongside these changes, the update continues to polish the game by addressing various issues, ensuring a smoother and more enjoyable experience.

    • New Crafting Recipe:
      • Now crafted using 1 Iron Ingot surrounded by 8 Chiseled Stone Blocks.
    • The recipe unlocks when the player obtains an Iron Ingot or a Lodestone.
    • Lodestones can now be found as loot at Ruined Portals in both the Overworld and the Nether.
