Mojang Studios has rolled out Minecraft update 3.16 on July 14, 2025, delivering a minor hotfix aimed at resolving a specific issue with Marketplace content. The update addresses a problem where entities in certain Marketplace packs reverted to their default vanilla behaviors, ensuring that custom behaviors function as intended. This fix follows Mojang’s recent pattern of addressing lingering technical issues swiftly through smaller patches.
Earlier, on July 3, a separate update tackled multiple bugs and introduced minor gameplay adjustments following the 1.21.90 release. These included fixes for disappearing packs in world templates, performance tweaks, and visual adjustments in Vibrant Visuals mode. Both updates reflect Mojang’s ongoing effort to refine stability, enhance user experience, and maintain technical consistency across platforms.
