Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord WS v1.1.2 Adds New Gunnar Voiceovers

Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord has received a paired update with War Sails v1.1.2 and base game Bannerlord v1.3.14, focusing on new voiceover content, progression fixes, alliance logic corrections, and broad stability improvements. The War Sails expansion gains new narrative polish through added voice lines and resolves several naval campaign issues.

Across the base game and expansion, the update also addresses numerous crash scenarios related to battles, quests, sieges, rendering, and modded audio, improving overall reliability during long campaigns.

Changes

  • Added new voiceovers for Gunnar’s world map travel commentaries
    • Covers events, quests, and locations encountered during the naval storyline

  • Fixed naval storyline voice lines not matching their corresponding text
  • Fixed additional 6 focus points not being applied in new campaigns
  • Fixed Naval Wardenships policy effects incorrectly applying to mercenary clans
  • Fixed rescued siblings being missing or having incorrect stats in naval playthroughs

  • Fixed crash occurring during battles due to a combat-related issue
  • Fixed crash occurring during battles due to physics simulation
  • Fixed crash during transition to boss fight in Free the Sea Hounds’ Captives quest
  • Fixed crash on campaign map related to handling nearby pirate parties with Amnesties for Pirates policy
  • Fixed crash when launching a siege attack after lifting a naval blockade
  • Fixed crash when besiegers lost all ships during a blockade battle

Bannerlord v1.3.14

Fixes

  • Fixed shared wars not applying in alliance calculations
  • Fixed player being shown as ruler of multiple kingdoms
  • Fixed quest update sound playing every time an enemy was killed in hideout after campfire activation

Crashes

  • Fixed crash while loading battle scenes due to formation calculations
  • Fixed crash caused by multithreading issue in rendering system
  • Fixed crash when exiting to main menu during conversation with a character removed at dialogue end
  • Fixed crash in battles caused by many kill feed elements
  • Fixed crash on weekly tick due to handling of a dead hero
  • Fixed crash when a troop died while order menu was open
  • Fixed crash during conversation with henchman after completing Rival Gang Moving In quest
  • Fixed crash during Disrupt Supply Lines quest due to improper target settlement selection
  • Fixed crash when player was taken prisoner with Escort Merchant Caravan quest active
  • Fixed crash when player was taken prisoner and captor party was defeated by a party at war with the player
  • Fixed crash when a minor clan incorrectly joined a kingdom it should be hostile to

Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord launched on October 25, 2022, for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC. The War Sails DLC released on November 26, 2025.
