A new leak circulating across ResetEra and Reddit claims to reveal the full roster for Street Fighter 6 Season 4, suggesting that four returning characters are planned for the next wave of downloadable content. According to the leak, Vega, Makoto, Menat, and Q are slated to join the roster, though the information remains unconfirmed and is being treated cautiously by the community.
The claim originates from a discussion that gained traction on ResetEra before spreading to Reddit, where multiple users stated that the same lineup has been mentioned by more than one individual. However, commenters were quick to clarify that the original poster is not presenting themselves as an industry insider.
The original Reddit thread creator, Sensitive-Tip-8177, maintained that multiple leakers are standing behind the lineup, stating, “Its not just one person, but a network of leakers insisting it.” The user later provided additional context, saying, “This isn’t just another screenshot of someone’s imagined season that I decided to post. This is the lineup that multiple leakers are guaranteeing that S4 will be and say that multiple others will come forward with as well. I am also the one that first reported on the S3 leak on this sub which ended up being true, still take this with a massive grain of salt.”
If accurate, the rumored roster would bring back several fan-favorite characters spanning multiple Street Fighter eras. Vega is a long-standing antagonist associated with Shadaloo, known for his claw-based fighting style and acrobatic mobility. Makoto, last seen in Super Street Fighter IV, is a high-impact karate fighter whose aggressive, forward-moving playstyle made her popular in competitive circles. Menat, who debuted as DLC in Street Fighter V, uses Soul Power and a crystal ball-based moveset focused on spacing and precision. Q, one of the most mysterious characters in the franchise, last appeared in Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike and is known for his unusual animations and extreme durability.
Street Fighter 6 launched on June 2, 2023, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, and later received a Nintendo Switch 2 release on June 5, 2025, as part of the Years 1-2 Fighters Edition. Built on Capcom’s RE ENGINE, the game features three main pillars: Fighting Ground, World Tour, and the Battle Hub.
Street Fighter 6 is currently in its third year of post-launch support, with Alex scheduled to join the roster on March 17, 2026, followed by Ingrid in late spring 2026. Capcom has not officially announced Season 4 characters, leaving the leaked lineup firmly in rumor territory for now.
