Nintendo has announced a new Indie World Showcase set to air on March 3 at 6 a.m. PT, offering a fresh look at upcoming independent titles headed to Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch.
In its announcement, Nintendo said, “Join us on March 3 at 6 a.m. PT for a new Indie World Showcase! Tune in for roughly 15 minutes of news and updates on indie games coming to Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch.” The presentation is expected to run for approximately 15 minutes.
The Indie World Showcase format is dedicated to highlighting independent developers and their projects within the Switch ecosystem. Unlike the company’s larger Nintendo Direct broadcasts, these presentations focus specifically on smaller studios and creative concepts rather than first-party flagship franchises.
Indie World events typically range between 15 and 25 minutes and feature a curated lineup of upcoming releases. The March 3 broadcast will continue that approach, providing updates and new announcements for indie titles across both Switch platforms.
