The v1.10.a update for PEAK may appear unassuming at first glance, but it introduces several impactful changes. Among the most notable additions is the new cannibalism feature, as well as full Polish and Turkish language support. Quality-of-life improvements include expanded audio and visual settings, such as the new “Climbing Extra Field Of View” option and a “Push to Mute” function. Some interface clarity has also been addressed by making previously hidden settings visible, though still disabled when not applicable.
Balance changes and major bug fixes further polish the climbing experience. Food-related buffs now function correctly, Remedy Fungus cures poison, and fall damage issues from short drops have received a temporary fix. The notorious Napberry Plant has been temporarily removed due to crash reports, and server sync for rapid item swapping has been improved. A series of minor fixes also enhance achievement tracking, sound effects, and badge progression integrity.

MINOR FIXES:
- Bookworm Badge no longer unlocks by reading only the final guidebook page
- Reading guidebook pages out of order no longer causes stat tracking errors
- Removed an un-spatialized landing sound effect
- Ticks no longer count as berries for the Foraging Badge
- Temporary item slot now displays correct Cooked value
- Scorchberry now properly contributes to Forager Badge
- Esoterica Badge now correctly unlocks with Anti-Rope Cannon
- Progress achievements like Beachcomber Badge no longer unlock while in ghost form
- Reaching a new area while alive will retroactively grant area-based achievements for the run
