A second PlayStation Plus Essential title for April 2026 has reportedly surfaced ahead of Sony’s official announcement. According to Dealabs leaker billbil-kun, Sword Art Online Fractured Daydream is set to be part of the upcoming monthly lineup.

The leaker stated, “We have managed to identify a second title that will be included in the monthly games for April 2026. It is Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream.” If accurate, the game will join the previously leaked Lords of the Fallen, which is expected to headline the selection.

Sword Art Online Fractured Daydream, developed by Dimps Corporation, originally launched on October 3, 2024, across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The title focuses on large-scale cooperative gameplay, featuring 20-player raid battles and a roster of more than 20 characters drawn from the broader franchise.

As of March 2026, the Sword Art Online console series has surpassed 10 million copies sold worldwide. The game itself has maintained a “Mixed” reception on platforms such as Steam, while continuing to receive updates. Recent additions include Undine Asuna as a playable character and the release of Story Chapter 6, expanding its ongoing narrative.

Sony is expected to confirm the full PlayStation Plus Essential lineup for April 2026 on March 31. Until then, these details remain unverified, though billbil-kun has a consistent track record with prior PlayStation Plus leaks.
