The PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium lineup for January has been revealed ahead of schedule, offering subscribers a clear look at the titles arriving later this month. The information was shared by Dealabs user billbil-kun and outlines new additions to both the Game Catalog and the Classics Catalog, with availability starting January 20, 2026. As usual, the lineup targets both modern and legacy audiences across multiple PlayStation platforms.
For PS Plus Extra and Premium subscribers, several notable titles are being added to the Game Catalog. These include Resident Evil Village for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, alongside Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth, also available on both platforms. The list continues with Expeditions: A MudRunner Game, which supports PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, and A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead, which is exclusive to PlayStation 5. Rounding out the additions are The Exit 8 and Art of Rally, both playable on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. Collectively, the selection covers a broad mix of survival horror, narrative-driven adventures, racing, and exploration-focused gameplay.
Premium subscribers will also see an update to the Classics Catalog. According to the shared information, the original PlayStation title Ridge Racer will be added on the same date, January 20, 2026. This version is not expected to be the Arcade Archives 2 release that launched in June 2025, which included additional features. Instead, the inclusion appears to focus on the traditional PlayStation One release. Ridge Racer joins an already established lineup of classic Namco titles within the service, as Ridge Racer 2 and Ridge Racer Type 4 are currently available in the catalog.
At this stage, details regarding additional upcoming titles remain unclear. The list of other potential Game Catalog additions has not yet been finalized or disclosed. Further information is expected to be shared starting January 14 through the official PlayStation Blog and associated social media channels. There is particular interest among subscribers regarding whether Premium members will receive more than one classic title this month.
