Tarsier Studios has released REANIMAL Patch 1.5.1, focusing on crash fixes, network routing improvements, and several progression blocking softlock resolutions. The update addresses overheating related crashes on specific Intel processors and introduces a workaround for certain AMD hardware and driver combinations.
Online connectivity has also been adjusted, with changes to how packets are routed between Epic Online Services and game clients to reduce ping and desync issues. Multiple critical softlocks across campaign areas have been fixed, though a 300ms ping threshold for disconnections remains in place.
