While you can always try to go for Rockstar Support, but many users have been facing issues with their refund process on PC if they have purchased the games on Rockstar Games launcher.
How To Claim Refund For GTA: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition
You can try to claim a refund directly from the Rockstar Games Launcher support. Go to the Refund page and try your luck, but there is an alternative way to do it too.
There is a much better way to claim a refund, at least for the PC version for now. All you have to do is to contact Xsolla, which handles the payment process for Rockstar Games on PC. Go to their support website and claim a refund from there.
Some users have talked about getting their refunds within a day if they go through this method, so there is no harm in trying it.
If you are on Xbox or PlayStation, then the process is different and it is never guaranteed to work. You can be denied a refund easily.
Claiming Refund on PS4 or PS5
Go to the Refund page on PlayStation Store. Depending on your region, it might be different but here is the one in the United States.
Claiming Refund on Xbox One or Xbox Series
Go to the Refund page for Microsoft Store. Since the game is just out, you can claim a refund if the problem is severe enough, which some might argue is the case with GTA: The Trilogy. You need to do it within 14 days of the purchase.
