Rockstar Games has faced a lot of criticism for the way they have handled GTA: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition launch so far. While you can always try to go for Rockstar Support, but many users have been facing issues with their refund process on PC if they have purchased the games on Rockstar Games launcher.

You can try to claim a refund directly from the Rockstar Games Launcher support. Go to the Refund page and try your luck, but there is an alternative way to do it too.

There is a much better way to claim a refund, at least for the PC version for now. All you have to do is to contact Xsolla, which handles the payment process for Rockstar Games on PC. Go to their support website and claim a refund from there.

Some users have talked about getting their refunds within a day if they go through this method, so there is no harm in trying it.

If you are on Xbox or PlayStation, then the process is different and it is never guaranteed to work. You can be denied a refund easily.
