Developer Liquid Swords has shared its April 2026 roadmap for Samson, outlining a series of updates aimed at addressing bugs and improving overall performance following the game’s recent launch. The studio confirmed that additional fixes have already been implemented shortly after the first major update.
Among the latest fixes are solutions for progression blockers affecting the missions “Hot Iron” and “Consulting Doctor,” as well as adjustments to controller sensitivity, which some players reported as feeling slower than intended. These changes arrive alongside Update 1, released on April 9, which introduced performance improvements targeting PSO related hitches, multiple crash fixes tied to audio, animation, and GPU issues, as well as broader gameplay and mission related corrections. The update also added support for up to eight save files.
Looking ahead, the second update is scheduled for April 15 and will focus on stability, gameplay refinements, and general polish, with the developer continuing to incorporate player feedback. A third update is planned for April 22, though specific details have yet to be finalized.
“We’re excited to keep improving the experience together,” the developer said in its roadmap update, while also thanking players for their feedback.
Samson launched on April 8, 2026, for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. Developed by Swedish studio Liquid Swords, the third-person action-adventure title is set in a fictional 1990s city and follows a protagonist navigating crime and financial pressure. The gameplay emphasizes brawling combat, driving mechanics, and a system that requires players to manage missions strategically.
