Screamer Hotfix Updates Fix Camera And Unlock Issues

Milestone has rolled out two successive hotfix updates for Screamer, addressing lingering issues following the recent patch. These updates primarily target The Tournament mode, resolving interface inconsistencies, camera transition problems, and progression related bugs.

While smaller in scope, the fixes are meaningful, particularly for players encountering unlock issues or disruptive cutscene behavior. PC users also benefit from improved stability, with a crash tied to DLSS now resolved.

Patch Notes

The Tournament

  • Fixed Continue prompt not appearing in some pre race cutscenes when controller mapping assigned actions to face down button
  • Fixed camera transition from in race cutscenes to gameplay camera in certain Episodes

General Fixes

  • Fixed Gallery unlocks not being rewarded under certain conditions
    • All Team Logos
    • Anaconda Corp soundtrack
    • The Tournament artwork number 5
  • Expanded minimum and maximum range of audio sliders in Options menu for broader volume control
  • Fixed minor camera transition issue introduced in previous patch

PC Only

  • Fixed crash occurring in some The Tournament Episodes when DLSS was active

Screamer hotfix 1 is available now on PlayStation 5 version 01.004.000, Xbox Series X S version 1.0.0.7, and PC version 1.0.4.0, while hotfix 2 is available on PlayStation 5 version 01.005.000, Xbox Series X S version 1.0.0.8, and PC version 1.0.5.0.
