Shuten Order Patch 1.0.1 Resolves Progression Issues and Improves Localization

The latest update for Shuten Order, Patch 1.0.1, addresses several technical and gameplay-related issues. Among the most notable fixes are the resolution of blackout and loading time problems tied to Windows Language and Region settings, as well as a major correction to progression blocking in the Ministry of Science route.

Additionally, the patch improves both the visual and textual experience of the game. The Vsync toggle now displays correctly in the Options menu, minor typographical errors in Japanese text have been corrected, and the English translation has been revised for the Ministry of Health and other routes.

Shuten Order is a new video game that blends adventure and visual novel elements. Developed by Neilo Inc. with planning by Too Kyo Games, led by Danganronpa creator Kazutaka Kodaka, the title was released on September 5, 2025.
