Silent Hill f Patch 1.11 Updates NG Plus Systems and Fixes Achievements

Silent Hill f has received a new update with Patch 1.11, released on December 9, 2025, introducing system-level changes and resolving several in-game issues across all supported platforms. The update focuses primarily on New Game Plus progression rules tied to specific endings.

In addition to system adjustments, the patch fixes an achievement unlocking issue on lower difficulty settings and includes various minor bug fixes, with PC versions also receiving updated license documentation.

System Changes

All Platforms

  • Removed red capsules from a specific New Game Plus sequence.
    • On New Game Plus, obtaining the front door keys to Shu’s house without using red capsules even once removes all red capsule placements.
    • This change enables the “do not take any Red Capsules” condition required for certain endings.

PC Platforms Only

  • Updated license information.
    • The LICENSE.txt file included with the base game installation now lists license details for previously unlisted tools.

Bug Fixes

All Platforms

  • Fixed an issue where the “No One Left Behind” achievement failed to unlock on the Casual action difficulty.
  • Fixed various other minor bugs.

Silent Hill f Patch 1.11 was released on December 9, 2025, with the in game version displayed as v1.2.382755. The game launched on September 25, 2025, and is available on PC Windows, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
